# Meet Tonya, C.N.A. Coordinator

Tonya is the C.N.A. Coordinator for Life First Learning! Tonya is a Nebraska panhandle native and received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from UNMC West Nebraska Division in 2004. She is currently working at Regional West Medical Center in the Birth and Infant Care Center as a Clinical Resource Nurse and labor nurse. In addition to mother/baby care, Tonya has also worked in a long term care/assisted living facility for 5 years as the MDS Coordinator and a charge nurse. Encompassing, doing, and assisting many C.N.A. skills and tasks; while side by side with some of the hardest working C.N.A.s. Tonya believes that obtaining and practicing as a C.N.A. is critical in the foundation of pursuing a career in healthcare.
